Sougia

Sougia (In Greek: Σούγια) is a small village located by the Libyan sea, just 75 km away from the city of Chania in Crete. Sougia is a village that remains unaffected by the civilization and the growth of tourism in Crete. Sougia has several hotels and pensions to choose from and is a perfect starting point for some of the most known trails and gorges in  West Crete.

Access to the village of Sougia

We can offer a comfortable taxi ride from  Chania airport  to Sougia or a taxi fare from Sougia to Chania airport to catch your flight, with out Taxi or minivan services. There is a ferry that operates from Sougia port on Summer months (April through October) for five coast line villages (Sougia, Agia Roumeli, Paleochora and Hora Sfakion) and the Island of Gavdos.
